I watched it. It was interesting knowing that it would be helpful in actually turning and changing my quite unhealthy lifestyle.
enlightening.
eye-opening.
life-saving.
massive reality check.
This show, laid a lot of truth on the table. Gives viewers the facts, the proof, statistics and knowledge.
I don’t think I would be able to eat anymore fatty processed and instant crap after tonight. That was full on.
There was a huge change on the food we are eating: from 30-50 years ago to now– the present.
In sausages, meatballs, etc. — there were about 80-82% of real meat and the remaining were fats about 30 years ago. But now, since the meat fats and fatty parts of pigs or cows are cheaper, the food industry has actually placed about 70% fat and JUST 30% real meat in suasages, meat patties and the likes.
Reading the the above fact is not much…. but if you actually see it— not very appetizing at all. EW.
We are living in a world where almost everything is processed, ready to eat and full of shit preservatives, additives and all kinds of condiments to make the product tastier… WHICH IS DEFINITELY NOT GOOD. But those are what people often choose to have.
LAZINESS. BUDGET. TIME.
People now a days are too lazy to get up and cook healthy foods themselves. They munch in microwavable frozen meals and ready made foods. They like doing it. Just 2 minutes and your meal is hot and ready in the microwave.

Budget… some people just do not have enough money to buy nutrient-filled ingredients and foods because most of the time they are expensive. Can’t really blame them people but if there’s a will… there’s a way

So many poeple are giving the excuse that they do not have time to cook…, AT ALL. I mean what kind of bullshit is that? Yeah, sometimes i feel like i don’t really have time to cook but i like cooking… so that’s a PLUS for me. I find time to cook. If i want something to eat that I am actually aware of what’s in it and i am able to control its contents, then i would make time for cooking it.
for their own good. make time for it.
